Shipping Policy
At BRIQ, every order is created with intention. Each item is made to order, which means production begins shortly after your purchase is placed.
Processing & Production Time
All BRIQ items are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships. During high-volume periods (such as holidays or product launches), production may take slightly longer.
Once your order has been fulfilled, it will be handed off to the carrier for delivery.
Shipping Times
Shipping times vary by destination and carrier. Estimated delivery timelines begin after production is complete and are not guaranteed.
Typical delivery estimates:
United States: 3–7 business days after shipping
International: 7–21 business days after shipping
Please note that shipping timelines are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs, or peak shipping seasons.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to update after the label is created.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
Postal or carrier issues
Weather conditions
Customs processing
High-volume shipping periods
These delays are outside of our control and are not eligible for refunds.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
Orders that are delayed, returned, or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address details (including missing apartment or unit numbers) are not eligible for refunds. Reshipping may require an additional shipping fee.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, BRIQ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend contacting the carrier directly or filing a claim if this occurs.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item or shipping price.
Express Shipping Phone Number Requirement
Orders placed with express shipping must include a valid phone number at checkout. Carriers require a phone number to process and deliver express shipments.
If a phone number is missing or incomplete, BRIQ will attempt to contact the customer using the email provided at checkout. If we do not receive a response within a reasonable timeframe, the order will automatically ship using standard shipping to avoid further delays.
By selecting express shipping, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this requirement. Refunds for express shipping are not guaranteed if the order is downgraded due to missing or incomplete contact information.
