Refund & Return Policy

At BRIQ, many pieces are created intentionally and produced made-to-order just for you. Because of this, we operate primarily as a no-return store. That said, we’re always here to help if something isn’t right.

Made-to-Order & Final Sale

All BRIQ items are made specifically for each order. For this reason, all sales are final and we do not accept general returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind

Incorrect size, color, or style selected at checkout

Fit or preference expectations

Shipping delays once an order has left our facility

We encourage customers to review product details carefully before placing an order.

Return Proposals & Order Issues

While returns are not guaranteed, we understand that rare issues can occur. If you believe there is a problem with your order, we encourage you to submit a return proposal by emailing:

Please include:

Your order number

A brief explanation of the issue

Clear photos of the item (if applicable)

All requests are reviewed case by case. Approval is not guaranteed, but every message is read with care.

Eligible Issues

If approved, we may offer a replacement or refund only in cases where:

The wrong item was received

The item arrived damaged

There is a clear manufacturing or print defect

Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Approved Returns or Replacements

If a return or replacement is approved:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

Approved items must be returned only after receiving instructions

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours

Refunds (if issued) are processed after inspection and sent to the original payment method

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or customs are outside of our control and are not eligible for refunds.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are correct at checkout. Orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses are not eligible for refunds.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

Worn or washed items

Items damaged due to improper care

Orders with incorrect address information provided by the customer

Final sale or promotional items
